Drive technology initiatives to meet tactical and strategic company goals; Generate technology development plans and schedules as a project leader; Lead the development of turbocharger services in a wide range of applications including heavy-duty construction equipment, marine, trucks, and cars; Define device and service architecture, technology design rules and electrical target specifications; Lead the R&D team to optimization of turbocharger services; Provide technical guidance to manufacturers.
